Pay-as-you-go pricing with flexible billing methods for businesses of any scale.

Billing Currency

The platform bills in US Dollars (USD), with pricing aligned to the official model providers.

Billing Methods

Three billing modes are supported and applied automatically based on model characteristics:

Per Token	Text, Embedding, etc.	Input and output tokens are metered separately; cached tokens enjoy additional discounts
Per Request	Image generation, audio transcription, etc.	Fixed fee per request, regardless of output size
Per Second	Some video and audio generation models	Billed by the duration of the generated content

Provider Multipliers & Discounts

Each provider has its own price multiplier: final price = model list price × provider multiplier. Users of different tiers may enjoy different discounts under the same provider — see User Levels for details.

Top-up & Payment

• Online top-up via Stripe credit card is supported
• Enterprise users who need other payment methods or large-amount top-ups, please contact us

Balance Alerts

We recommend enabling balance alerts to avoid service interruption due to insufficient balance: go to Dashboard → Profile Settings → Subscription Management and set an alert threshold. When your balance falls below the threshold, the platform will notify you promptly via email or in-app message.

High-Volume Partnerships

If your usage is high and you would like a higher concurrency limit or exclusive discounts, feel free to contact us.

Refund Policy

If you need a refund, please contact customer support. Note the following:

• If your user tier drops after a refund, the amount exceeding your new tier's entitlement will be deducted
• Refunds incur a handling fee of up to 5%
• Refunds are returned via the original payment method
